I've been having problems with my Internet at night for the past two weeks. It's simply unuseable! I've already followed all the procedures on TPG website, and now I'm trying to contact some "human" tech support, but I've been wating for almost one hour and I'm about to give up. Has anyone having the same experience with TPG's callcentre?
