I need help in cancelling TPG Internet. I filled the cancellation available at https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/cancel.php but I got an email bounce content says
Also tried calling, but very long waiting times. Need assistance please to sort this out TPG team

Any replies TPG guys? I have been with TPG for many years - never had any issues but sorry to say the Cancellation process is so hard still unable to get hold of anyone
1. There is no option on phone to select Cancellation - all other options lead to Account or Billing - tried waiting but doesnt connect to any personnel
2. Cancellation form doesn't work - email bounced back
3. This community forum also is turning out to be difficult

Hi, I've been trying to cancel my account as well. I tried calling, however was put on hold and then taken off hold and listened to office background noise, then silence for about 20 minutes. Also, everytime I click on the link to the cancellation form, it takes me to a page where I need to sign in, only to tell me that my login details are invalid, I've changed my password to no avail. This is very dissapointing. I want my tpg internet service cancelled immediately.
