I had been in contact with a TPG official and know that TPG FTTB was to be installed in my apartment complex on 21st September. I saw 2 people working on the side of the road with underground cables on 21 September. I assume they must be for TPG. However, when I check TPG FTTB availability page, it still shows not available for my address. So, can you please make sure if the connection has been complete or check if the detail has not been updated in the website? I read somewhere that sometimes it takes time to update in system. Thank you.
