Can you explain the inability to access the TPG website, specifically "My Account" after signing in? Is it going to be a long time to fix?
BTW if it isn't obvious, I have internet access otherwise how could I have posted this question...
@BasilDV . You might get someone in the My Account web programming team to look at this.
The 2 factor authentication is not sending the verification code to my mobile.
I get the same error as the other 2 users: took too long to respond.
