TPG NBN 50 has an almost zero upload speed

Hi Team,

We recently got ADSL2+ upgraded to NBN 50 plan. but the upload speed is really slow, almost zero. speed test as below. Could someone help me here, please?

Yeah I'm having a similar issue, but its not just 0upload speed. I find that my connect keeps dropping in any out. can't game, can't even load a web page at time
