TPG NBN dropout

Hi,

 

My NBN was dead since this morning 7 am. Restart the modem many times and all lights on corretly as usual.

I understand that you were able to speak with our Tech team and found out that the Wireless function of the modem is faulty. They've requested for a replacement modem to resolve the issue. Further updates will be given by them.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and was able to run some remote test. We were not able to detect any fault on the network, which will cause the dropouts.

We need to look into it further. I will arrange a call from our Tech team to help us with some real time test. Please shoot me a private message of your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
