TPG can't go to certain website but my mobile internet ISP can works on the website

Hi TPG,

   We can't access certain website since weeks ago, the pages can not be load, we tried www.hkcsl.com and it fails to load the page, but if we use our mobile with 4G data, the pages can load without issue. e.g www.hkcsl.com    www.singtao.com    

   if we use wifi with the mobile then the page can't be load which means the TPG DNS have some issue? we also set DNS to: 8.8.8.8 and pages are still failed to load. it display: 

This site can’t be reached

www.hkcsl.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
