TPG has been interrupting my network since the guest complaint

 

And each break is a minute and two minutes

So the call will tell us that the test is no problem


All problems are our fault

The problem is all from ourselves

Because we chose TPG

Hi @yafei253699,

 

We don't do such thing to our customers. You can check the session on your modem and will find that it's been stable with us. We've raised this with our Engineering team who's investigating the issue as advised on the previous thread.
