When I attempt to login to  postoffice.tpg.com.au   using Firefox browser on PC or Safari on Ipad

I get error

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is 5cb09f52-a478-4345-9c63-5c3515faeb43

[Go Back]"

 

Is there a problem with tpg servers?

Same issue this morning. It's not just postoffice, it's the whole TPG website. Only page not down is the Service Status that claims everything working fine! I guess this (community) site must be hosted elsewhere. Looks like those of us who use postoffice exclusively have had no email for 10 hours or so. Why is this not on Service Status?

Hi @mtsl . You're right about Community being hosted elsewhere.

The mail server is up if you use a mail client.

Exactly the same problem here. Tried to call support last night, clearly I don't do that very often as discovered that they keep certain hours. My error codes seems to vary, such as -

...A problem for me as Im sure an important email is sitting in spam.

Tuesday 22 Nov  10.30am. .....Now working correctly, so looks like issue has been fixed.
