2 days trying to get someone from support (issue with landline). Over 1 hour wait on most attempts and no one answers.
Extremely disappointed

Hi @SerPat,

 

Is your internet working? If yes, we'd recommend that you perform a reset on the modem. 

 

If the issue persists, PM us with your Customer ID/username and we'll help sort it out.
