I am enquiring as to whether or not the temporary plan change has been activated?
I was sent an email stating it would change on the 6th April, yet have not had any change in either UL or DL speeds.
I have power cycled the NBN and router.
Secondly,
Is there a need to update my router?
Currently;
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n
Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000
