Testing Internet Speed

There is a function to test internet speed in the app. After the 5 mins stipulated time, it comes back with "undetermined". Can this function be fixed to provide a real speed? Thanks.

Hi @dschardt59, we'll take a closer look into this. Could you advise what device and OS are you using? Have you also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

My device is a motorola edge 20 fusion and runs on a android OS.

Could you advise the exact Andriod version? Also, how about reinstalling the app, have you tried it yet?
