I checked your account and was not able to detect any issues at all. You are getting a good speed on your ADSL2+ connection. I have refreshed your line connection just to make sure that you'll get the speed that we are detecting.


Are you able to run a speedtest and provide us screenshots?


Also, are we using Wi-Fi or Wired connection? Please check this link for troubleshooting your speed issues.
