Do we continue to pay the charges for wifi when we don’t have any? Also do we receive reimbursement if we have to use data and therefore go over our data allowance? We’re keen to get our wifi fixed. ASAP
The fault started with intermittent dropouts on Wednesday last week and by Friday we had no wifi at all. It’s stayed the same since. As far as I’m concerned there is no end date for this fault as we still have no wifi. Can someone please schedule in an appointment to fix this ASAP as we have kids doing online learning and they’re missing out on education.
