TPG and Google agree on ip addresses. It is a routing problem.
www.sina.com, weibo.com, www.weibo.com all timeout in the Soul network, not finding the next hop.
sina.com gets into a routing loop in Chinanet-Backbone.
nslookup command allows you to specify a DNS address.
