Hi

I have been getting the message (attached capture) whenever I send an email today. Note that this appeared when trying to send to the postmaster email as instructed from another error.

Please investigate and let me know what is wrong.

Receiving seems to be fine.

Hi @snilsson . Which email client are you using? Can you check the settings for the outbound mail server (SMPT). Try enabling any settings referring to authentication.

If still not working, have a look at this. It refers to Thunderbird but might apply to other clients.

Hi @snilsson

Thanks for raising this with us.

Have you tried changing the password of the Email account?

Were you originally using the Post office or you have an email client as well?
