Hi, every now and then my email fails to send. Message ironically from postmast says to send issues to it. No, I have not changed anything. Rarely ever do. But this occurs more and more often. If the solution is to cease using TPG as an email hub, let me know.

Hi David, My email is one of the original formats from the early 1990s. I have never changed it. When my wife attached an email to our account, the only format allowed for her was tpg.com.au.

Hi I am unable to view account details online. All I am able to look at are the invoices that are emailed to me, which only provides a summary. I can see Home Phone and NBN online, but this is not complete information either. This means that with 3 mobile accounts and one NBN connection, I have no single interface to view or manage the accounts. Note that none of the help videos help me. I noted that each mobile service has a separate account. These need to be logged into separately but do not show the information. I can only assume that there are multiple new accounts issued and that they are not linked properly. Please assist.

Hi I have been getting the message (attached capture) whenever I send an email today. Note that this appeared when trying to send to the postmaster email as instructed from another error. Please investigate and let me know what is wrong. Receiving seems to be fine.

Hi I started to received text messages again that my registered email was invalid. This from government sites attempting to send me information. My registration is correct. My email is correct. Just seems that some places are not able to send me emails. My wife's email seems to only work within TPG. It is one of our aliases. She has received some emails to the post office, but not all - I checked from one of my secondary emails and it did not get through to her inbox (no, it was not treated as spam). This seems to have become a problem overnight. Same has occurred from my son's alias email with tpg as with his Mum. His secondary emails (non TPG) work fine. Please look into

Hi Tried and the email got through. What was the solution? The tests I ran indicate it might be OK. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if all emails meant for that email address are making it through. I received 9 today. My daily normal exceeds a minimum of 15. Maybe a rejection message removed me from a distribution list, or maybe it is just a slow day? - no way of knowing.

Hi David Do you have another email account (eg. gmail, hotmail) you can use to send emails to your TPG address? Yes. Multiple different ones. Does that account get any errors? Each is rejected, although the occasional email gets through. I got 2 yesterday and 5 today. No idea how many went missing, but received a letter from a company due to "email rejection". Can your TPG account send emails to itself using Thunderbird and Post Office? Yes. From Thunderbird to me works. From post office to me works (but only to the mail client and does not seem to appear in post office)

Which email client are you currently using? Thunderbird Was there a recent update on the mail client? Last update 4/10/20 Do all of the incoming mails encounter this error message or just selected mails only? Not all, but seems to be majority. EG: tpg to tpg works. emails from Wilson carparks work. What's the outcome when you try it using Post Office? Emails do not get to the post office which is why I do not see this as a mail client problem. I can send mail from Thunderbird or the post office, but noticed that the same email from Thunderbird was OK going to hotmail, while post office one went to junk.

Hi Over the past couple of days its seems that emails to me are being reject with a message similar to: rpt-glb-asav2.external.tpg.com.au rejected your message rpt-glb-asav2.external.tpg.com.au gave this error: Remote server returned an error -> 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected. What is happening here? Thanks Scott

Change the plan to a higher data rate, but the usage notified to the SIM is still stating the old figures. What is causing this, or how does it reset? The account details seem to show correct figures. Just the message to the phone that says the wrong ones.

Hi The VOIP on my TPG supplied Archer VR1600v is not working. Status when logged into the modem indicates the phone service is not enabled. TPG support app indicates that phone is enabled. Phone gets a dial tone. Does not make or receive calls. This modem replaced a HG659. VOIP was working through that modem. I have not changed my plan, my address, or anything else

Thank you for the response Shane, however that is not what I asked. Providing a link to the terms and conditions is not an answer and is, whether intended or not, insulting. I wanted to know why my request for the waiver was not granted.That answer could have been provided in private of course if not wanting to share. Might it be that it was not recorded by the operators and therefore unknown? Maybe I was considered to be a bad customer, so no way I would get one? Maybe the time as a customer was not enough to warrant consideration? Anyway, as others have been granted waivers, I assume that the decision is arbitrary..

Hi Tried the phone line over the past couple of days, but my patience is only 15 minutes, so hanging it all out on here. 6/6. I cancelled one of the phone plans and asked for a waiver of the port fee and a refund of the pre-payment amount. So first up, thanks for the refund - done within 48 hours. I would like to know the reason why the port fee was not waived Thanks Scott
