Hi @Team_Blue,

Welcome to the Community!

We tested the website on our end and we're getting the same result. It appears that the main issue is with the website itself. I suggest that you check with the web administrator to see why it's not working.

Will

  • Perform a Pingtest and Traceroute to the website you're having issues accessing using your TPG service
  • Send us the screenshot of the test results

We'll be waiting for your response.

You may also refresh your connection by rebooting your modem. Let us know how you go once done.

Hi,

Well the next obvious step Jhoey, is to call Dominos UK and confirm whether their website is down.

That's if you are serious there in investigating why a pizza website is being blocked on TPG.

Hi @Team_Blue,

We have requested our Engineering Team earlier to reach out to you. Based on our records, one of our Engineers have already contacted you 10mins ago.

As discussed, the issue is not within TPG's network, but with the website itself. Our records show that you even confirmed that you were not able to access the same website using your Mobile data/4G network. We suggest that you contact the website admin to check it further.

Regards,

Will
