Can I please get some assistance?  Ive been getting transferred around Chat support groups with zero actual help for 3 days.  No response by phone, from requesting a call back, or by email. 

I've been waiting in the current Chat for over an hour since being told I was being transferred.  My head is going to explode.  This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I need to upgrade now please, not after COVID-19 has passed....

Please help!!!

I don't feel so bad now.  I've been at it for only 3 hours.  But it's still frustrating chatting with people who don't seem able to solve the problem and then having them disappear on you or transfer you into nothingness.  The system doesn't seem to be working.
