Upgrade to 200mbps, but speed still 50mbps

Hi, moved from NBN50 to SuperFast 200mbps on promotion scheme. Got a confirmation mail in noon today that the request completed but I am still getting only 50mbps as checked in tpg.speeddtestcustom.com.

I have already restarted my Modem couple of times since the confirmation mail.

My modem was prvovided by tpg - tp-link VR1600v.

Have you tried other speed test sites and are they the same? Furthermore, we'd like to take a look at your account and make sure that speed plan is provisioned correctly.

yes, have tried some other speed test sites are all are same ~50mbps. Also, I am still facing the slowness which is impacting my workfrom home, was expecting to get it better after getting on 200mbps.
