Upgraded my plan recently but the internet speed still the same

I have recetly requested to change my TPN NBN plan from 25mb to 100mb.

And have received the email that it has been completed.

However, I had restarted my modem for twice and the speedtest showed that my download speed is still 25mb.

Is it because the modem is 6-7 years old? Or something wrong?
