Hi I have just upgraded my NBN plan to NBN 50 but have seen no increase in speed infact its seems worse.
we have an old Netcomm NF 12 router - could that be part of the problem?
ANy other suggestion gratefully received

I've managed to locate your account and your service appeared to be provisioned on the correct speed plan.
We've created some articles that will help you troubleshoot the Slow speed issue.
If you are using a WIFI connection, then you may check these links to improve your home network.

these are the results from this morning - Imediately afterwards I had a good result but then it deteriorated rapidly - its not that I cant get highdown load speeds its just very rare.
I haven't been able to find channel selection in the netcomm software for the Netcomm 12 modem any adv - The modem is six years old is it just out of date and due for replacement with a better one?
