Upgraded to NBN 50, but speed still 25

I recently upgraded from a NBN 25 Plan to NBN 50.....but my speed is no higher than 25mbps. If support/moderator can help me out, please get in touch.

Hi @gtoboy10, how's the speed when connected via ethernet? If not possible, connect to 5G WiFi and test the speed while standing next to the modem.
