Upgraded to NBN100 from NBN50 but still only getting NBN50 speeds

I upgraded my plan from NBN50 to NBN100 last week, but Speedtest is still telling me I'm getting 50Mbps.

I've cycled the modem (supplied by TPG) and the NBN box but there is still no difference.

Please help.
