Upload speeds on NBN100

Hi,

I've just upgraded to an NBN100 plan from an NBN50 plan because I wanted faster uploads. The specific plan in My Account says "NBN Cable Broadband SL Bundle 100". My understanding is that NBN50 is 50 down, 20 up, and NBN100 is 100 down, 40 up. However, my upload speeds are still less than 20 Mbps which seems more like the NBN50 plan. My download speeds are pretty good though. 

This is a speedtest from the TPG speedtest site:

I thought I would be getting closer to 40 Mbps uploads. This test was done from a PC wired into my network, not over wifi. I've also rebooted the modem and the router.

Is there a misconfiguration or something that needs to be tweaked?

Our NBN100 plan is already configured with 20 Mbps Upload speed since May 2020.
