VPN connection to work dropping out

Hi there

I am accessing my works network via Microsoft Direct Access VPN.  This is autoconfigured on the client side so there is nothing for me to do.  I am sporadically having the VPN link drop out whilst still maintaining access to the Internet, browsing works fine.  I have rebooted the router and this may fix the problem for a while but it then reoccurs.  There is no regular pattern to when or how long it happens for.  I am on an NBN plan.  Thanks

Hi @Deccas,

 

If you are maintaining access to the Internet, it doesn’t sound like it is an issue with your Internet connection. I would recommend you contact your work Desktop Support Team.
