Fibre to the node. BYO since i already have the vr1600v. DSL light is solid. Appending @TPG.com.au didn't resolve the issue. Settings all seem congruent with what you posted except no option to disable vid in config for dsl. Called tech help. Their diagnostic platform wasn't working and said they would call back when it was up. Didn't receive a call.

Hi @jayflood12 . Do you have FTTB/FTTN bundled NBN and VOIP connection?

Phone cable connects to DSL port on VR1600. Is DSL light on?

Router internet settings are PPPoE, username + @tpg.com.au, password. And VLAN ID=2.

(BYO data only plan doesn't use VLAN ID.)

Tech support called. Problem was the enabled VID. After factory reset delete accounts and add new one. This allowed to disable the Vlan ID option.
