We got a TPL-LINK VX420 from TPG after our Archer got fried in a lightning storm.
It does not auto configure.
After giving up in frustation I manually entered our TPG login details and we now have internet access but no phone.
The Phone LED does not light. Have tried two handsets just in case that was the problem.
No dial tone, just a long beep then a pause, then repeated.
Have tried a factory reset, but still no success.
Help!
