Very Slow Upload Speeds (fast dowload)

Hi, I have been getting very low upload speeds across multiple devices via NBN (on Wifi) - see attached.  

Upload ~ 1.0 Mbps

Dowload ~ 53 Mbps

Any one else experienced this problem and then solved.
