Very Slow Upload speed - NBN 50

My NBN upload speed is extremely slow for the last 2 weeks.
Upload speed 0.7Mbps.
Would you please help.

I have checked your NBN-FTTN 12/1 service, and all tests are passing on our NBN portals.

Speed is showing 11.45mbps.

Wireless interference can cause various issues with your WiFi network. If all of your devices connected to via WiFi are affected, then you may need to change some wireless settings. We've created an article that will guide you on How to improve your home network.

I guessed you were talking about downloading speed (not uploading speed). Yes, the downloading speed is between 10Mbps - 11Mbps. 
Could you check the uploading speed ?

The max upload you will ever get on this plan is 1 Mbps 
you can try running  3 X wired speeds testsd to confirm this
