Hi,
My family has just switched to the NBN50 plan (received a confirmation earlier today of the switch), and the download speed seems about right, but the upload speed is stuck at 0.8Mbps (the same speed it was at while we were on NBN12).
Is there anything you can do to fix this?

We were able to locate your account and can confirm that the upgrade has been applied.
Have you tried testing the speed via Wired/Ethernet connection?
When you tested the speed via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
