I can't find website and domain name hosing under other services in TPG products. Are these services still available with each account?

To access the hosting tool under your account please see the follow screen shots below.

 

1. Log on to My Account.

2. Once you have logged in you need to scroll down ..

Click on 'Manage your Website Files'

There you go ! You should have the same screen as the screen shot below.

Thanks Shane. Now, how do I get my domain name hosted?   I have an old Domain Name & Website Hosting form which I cant find any more in TPG website in products. Is it still valid?

Sorry, I'm confused ny that last reply. You are not offerering web hosting any more? The account menu still allows upload of files, although I get nothing but a "This site can’t be reached" if I try to load a page I uploaded.

We no longer offer Website hosting and Domain name hosting service for new customers.


But for existing customer, we still support it. I would love to help.
 

Can you post a screen shot of the error message when you try to upload the file?

Hi Shane,

My wife and I have been customers with TPG for 17 years with a hosted web site all that time on an ADSL package.  Now being forced onto NBN, so does that make us new customers?  What about email service? (we have a primary email userid. & 2 aliases).  Web hosting and email are a major part of why we stay want with TPG on NBN- but if they're no longer supported........

Your current existing email can be carried over to your new NBN service. We tried to use your Community Details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not match. Feel free to PM me your account details to check what options we can provide on your Web hosting service.

Hi @Ascidian99,

 

Thanks for sending us your details, we are able to confirmed that there won't be any issue transferring your current ADSL2+ service to the TPG - NBN. The email and web hosting will still be the same as your web hosting is not anchored with the static IP address of your existing ADS2+. The only change is the technology being used to deliver the Internet service.
