What is the process for cancelling our NBN service, how long does it take? We are currently not in contract so I assume there would be no costs.

Hi @foresthill8, when you are outside a contract, there will be no termination fees. However, you are required to provide at least 30 days notice and the service has be paid until the end of the notice period.
