Get online support
When one's port is down in the FTTC distribution point.... Interested in the community's anecdotal experience with TPG's support response in speed in getting a technician out to resolve.... I'm severely worried they're simply going to take forever.
And any tips and hints to light a fire under them to get it resolved ASAP...
