I cancelled my 5g broadband service by calling 13 14 23, and the person on the phone said that I'll get an e-mail with an instruction on how to return the 5g modem I recieved. but I haven't get any e-mails from you guys. My customer ID is 120*******, and I just want to know how to return my modem.

For 5G Home Broadband, the service cancellation should take effect at the end of the paid period. Once the cancellation is completed, only then you will receive a connote or return label via email.
Let's take a look at your account to advise you further of the status of your request. Please send in your TPG customer ID or username via private message.
