WiFi won't reconnect to the TV

My wifi connection dropped off my TV 48 hours ago and won't reconnect. Samsung suggested TPG reset the router at their end and maybe the PW. I can connect via hotspot but not my TPG wifi- please help!

Hi @6414300 . Can your phone connect to TPG wifi?  2.4G and 5G bands? Any other devices? Does the TV see both bands?
