Hi @camcam182 . Is the Internet light on router on or off?
And depending on your connection type, one of DSL or WAN.
And the 2.4G and 5G lights?
Are ethernet devices affected also or just wifi devices?
Do your wifi devices detect both of your networks and do they connect to them? What wifi connection speed do they get?
Having done reset on router, did you do the configuration again?
What type of NBN connection do you have? On the NBN box, what lights are on?
@camcam182 . If the router connects to the telephone wall socket, you are on FTTB or FTTN. Is the DSL light on?
If you have done factory reset on router, have you checked that your details are configured?

Everything is on green with the router, we only use wifi not Ethernet.
Everything connects to wifi, it just doesn’t load anything. We have to-link router that just gets plugged into the wall.
Configuration it didn’t ask us to do anything, it goes to load something to connect to and then doesn’t as it says the server dropped out.
