Hi, I just had my NBN installed however I am getting "Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured" for the last 3 hours with no change. What are the configurations so I can put these in myself? This is taking way too long and after 4 or 5 reboots something must be wrong.

Hi

TPG modems are preconfigured when we deliver it to your place.

However it may have some faults on it.

I will advice you to do manually set up,
