Get online support
Hi just wondering if anyone knows what "can not find any account forthe incoming call" means, we had it alot leading up to my previous outage, and have noticed it quite alot on the log again. Just wanting to get some info on it. Thanks for any help provided

Where do you get this error message? TPG do not record incoming calls to the service but the outgoing calls is recorded and can be found on 'My account'

Note: You may record the incoming calls by using a Digital Handset.

We're sad to know that you're having issue accessing the account. Please post a screen shot of the error message you get when you try to log-in the account.
