I would like to cancel the home internet services as I have churned to another provider from the 18th of Nov. 2019.
As I went overseas right after I churned to another provider, I haven't had a chance to notice that the TPG services won't be canceled automatically after I churned to another provider, that is why I am requesting the cancellation now.
Therefore, I am also requesting the refunds of the payments after the 21st of Nov. 2019 because I am still being charging by TPG after I churned to another provider but no longer using the TPG services.
