Has does anyone know how to resolve intermittent internet connection issues and issues hearing VOIP calls?
Since installation last year I've been noticing repeated resets and wifi unreliability. Jst recently I can no longer hear voice 90% of the time on my phone connected to VOIP.
I quite often have to reset my TPLINK modem to resolve the WIFI, and I've tried changing phones/cables for the VOIP issue getting the same error with different hardware.
Thanks for sharing. I tested your connection and I can see that the modem/router is not connected to TPG network. I would like to confirm if the modem/router is currently on at the moment and if you still experience the same issue on VOiP phone service.
