Hi i am inquiring about our download speed at unit 2 69 marshall street ivanhoe it quite slow and we are working from home atm due to the circumstances. i am wondering if you can speed it up or anything pleasse its is currently saying its is 4 mbps

As an example, from the coverage map, ADSL2+ should give you a substantially faster speed.
Who is saying it is only 4Mbps?
Is that on wifi device or cable-connected computer?
