Hi @alantorrens

The maximum file size that you can attach to an email is at least 80% of the available email capacity of your inbox.

If you need to attach a large file(s) on your email I suggest to convert file into .ZIP file before attaching the file.

Note: In case you will need to send multiple large file(s) via email give it at least 30mins interval to avoid being banned for sending multiple emails/spam.

Let us know should you still require further assistance.

Regards,

Hi @alantorrens . Max attachment size is 20MB for POP3 and IMAP. That's total for one email.

You should experiment using webmail and email client to send progressively larger files to yourself. The send will fail at some size.

The 20MB is either the actual size of the file or it is the encoded size (larger) of a smaller file size. Encoding a 20MB file takes the size to nearly 28MB.

@alantorrens . Send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au. Include you friend's email address, subject, attachment size, date/time email sent, date/time the error message received, and your email address. Postmaster may have more detailed info.
