home phone not working with new NBN

i have recently upgraded to the NBN with a home phone option. now, everytime I answer the phone it drops out  the NBN connection or if i'm on a call & need to check something on the computer it wont connect to the nbn. it is really really frustrating.

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd love to help see what causing phone issue with your newly installed NBN service. There is a possiblity that the dropout caused recent NBN upgrade, to better understand the situation send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
