internet constant loosing connection?

I don't why but this is happening with me second time. The NBN internet connection is not working, could you please advise. I've tried restarting the NBN box and router, restarting the device etc..  facetime for pc

You can check out NBN network status page if there's an outage impacting your service. If none, send us a private message with your customer ID or username so we can check this further.
