Both WIFI and LAN keep dropping out everyday, several times a day.
It only used to occur sporadically in the past, but recently this year it's gotten much worse.
Both WIFI and LAN disconnects sometimes independantly, sometimes at the same time.
But LAN drops out much more frequently than WIFI.
Can you guys do some investigating? Cheers.
Hi @userok . What type of NBN connection do you have?
What model router?
When you have dropouts, any change to lights on router or NBN box, if you have one?
If you have LAN dropouts but wifi keeps working, there might be a hardware fault in LAN part of router.
If LAN keeps working, but all wifi devices dropout, might be problem in wifi part of router. If some wifi devices drop out and some keep working, it might be wifi interference. Do dropouts occur on 2.4GHz or 5GHz band?
When dropouts occur, do you do anything to recover or does it just come good after a while? How long?
Can you check the router's System Log for any PPP messages relating to WAN link. These would indicate faults in NBN network .
hi @david64 ,
I think I have FTTP,
Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000,
Green light doesn't appear under LAN when it drops out. same for wifi.
I set my modem to 2.4GHz.
It takes only a couple of minutes before internet recovers from dropping out. On some occasions if more than five minutes, I reset the modem.
Not sure which relates to WAN link, I'll just post some errors:

@userok . "PPP" indicates a fault in the external network. TPG has to check this.
"I set my modem to 2.4GHz." You are only using 2.4GHz wifi? 5GHz wifi is disabled?
"Green light doesn't appear under LAN when it drops out. same for wifi." Which LAN light do you mean?
Hi @userok, please send us your details via private message and we'll take a closer look at your connection.
