Hi TPG tech support.
I am trying to reach out to you by phone, but it takes forever for some to answer.
Our internet connection keeps dropping out. There is no internet connection most of the time. and this happens for the third time in the last 2 months ( last two times TPG send telstra tech guy came over and fix the problem outside my house )
and now it happend again.
Can you send some tech guy come over to check the line.
Can someone assist us please? A reliable connection is essential to be able to perform work from home as well as school online.
