I asked to change my plan in february from nbn12 to nbn50 and nothing has been done. i have called several times to get updates only to be met with "there is an issue we are trying to resolve". several times after calling they have promised it to be resolved within 48 hours but this has also happened several times. why is this process so tedious and why cant it be fixed within the time frame given?
