We ran an initial tests and no found line fault, what device(s) are affected with the speed issue?
For testing purposes please perform a speedtest on desktop/laptop connected via LAN if available also using your mobile/smart phone and post both test result on this thread.

i am having problems with my internet connection to watch italian tv using the reel box.
this has been happening for the past three days. very bad at night.
there is no NBN outage.
