Thanks I did receive a call during the day but but wasn't at home.
The network dropped again... it takes perhaps half minute to reconnect.... .
Still this happen too often I am experiencing this almost everyday which is definitely not right.

We've tested the line and it shows that the connection has been stable.

 

Are you experiencing the dropouts at a specific time? Or is it random? Did you notice the light status on both modem/router and NBN NTD box change?

last time it dropped out, I noticed the online lights went brinking on the NBN modem, it stayed like that for a while then went solid when it connected back.
